Keep in mind these two names: Maximiliano and Domenico. We live in an era in which artificial intelligence, apps, and virtual or mechanical robots replace multiple human functions. You book a hotel without seeing a person, but then the moment of the truth is there. You arrive at the hotel reception. And now you need someone to understand your needs, to help you in feeling at home. If you stay at the Milton they will deliver the humanity, the empathy, and the sympathy you need. So far in the 21st century, nothing replaces their caring attention. Well done, guys! Keep beating the machines!
First of all when you visiting place like Rimini you shouldn’t expect to find fancy 5 star hotels (there is only one just in front of the Milton called Grand Hotel)… other than that one, as far as I could see Milton is the best choice in Rimini… Its a nice little hotel, in good location, tasty food… First location: near the beach, I suppose just 100 meters far… long sandy beach , with lots of umbrellas and sun beds ( as long as you don’t have voucher from hotel you need to pay 12 euros at least for umbrella and sun beds)…. We had a family room but it wasn’t actually two bedroom room as you may suppose its just one bedroom and one more area near the corridor with two story bed for kids…We had HB and overall food was tasty and different every day…breakfast was good also….rooms were being cleaned every day…staff is the best asset that this hotel has…everyone was very friendly and ready to help if needed….I’d definitely recommend this hotel to family’s with kids, I guess one of the best choices in Rimini.
Enjoyable experience at this family run hotel. Wide variety of foods available for breakfast which was served in the garden each morning. Cleanliness superb. Fabulous service in restaurant and throughout hotel. Lovely location across from beach. Access to bikes and gym during stay great.
Bedroom small but adequate. Limited info available in reception area.
Stayed at Hotel Milton for 2 nights in Rimini. The rooms are small but with everything required, as well as being very clean with a fantastic view of the Adriatic Sea from the balcony. Also, very kind staff! I can recommend it without hesitation.
My husband and I stayed in Hotel Milton Rimini from May 28th to June 5th ’19. Our initial response when we walked into our room (507) was wow. The view from our balcony took in a broad expanse of the sea and beach, (100 metres away) the décor was bright and uplifting while the extensively mirrored wall gave a feeling of space and the bathroom was spotless.
The breakfast experience was a joy to behold – food choices, presentation and décor all underpinned by the “Buon Giorno ” girls, who are without equal – with the overall tone and culture set by the vivacious Tina.
On the 2nd day of our stay I lost my mobile phone in a shopping centre and only realized so, upon returning to the hotel. Due to the extraordinary response and ingenuity of the reception staff( Sara and Elizabetha) it was recovered within a few hours. We were staying on a 1/2-board basis and as I am a vegetarian, Matteo, in the dining room, ably assisted by Adam, couldn’t have been more understanding and responsive to my culinary requirements. Reception staff Diego, Domenico, Elizabetha and another lovely girl whose name we haven’t got were all cheerful, engaging and professional. Our room was beautifully made-up every day by a lovely capable blonde girl. Thank you Domenico for the parting gift and for interpreting the lovely exchange with the beautiful Tina just prior to our departure.
Overall it was an experience to savour and remember.
Very well located by the beach and close to the real downtown of Rimini. Clean, comfortable, beautiful property.
All of the staff has a wonderful “can do” attitude. From the reception to the pool bar everyone was extremely eager to provide the best service. Well done! Bravi.
Even we arrived before the high season, the hotel was ready. The rooms are very small, but clean and comfortable. We were very suprised by breakfast – big choice of possibilities. Very friendly and helpfull staff.
Stayed at Hotel Milton for 2 nights in Rimini whilst visiting San Marino.
The rooms are small but with everything required, as well as being very clean with a fantastic view of the Adriatic Sea from the balcony.
The beds were very comfortable with extra linen, pillows, bathrobes and slippers in the wardrobe- a very nice touch and what one would expect in a 4* hotel.
The only issue we experienced is that the walls between rooms appear to be very thin as we could hear the TV from next door quite often!
The staff here are very friendly and it was apparent that they were keen to help whenever they could. The breakfast was brilliant; varied and fresh, with a bonus of a champagne breakfast available at no extra cost!
Grazie mille Hotel Milton for a wonderful stay!
